How long does a typical hotel installation take?
It depends on the scale of the project. A 50-room hotel lock installation typically takes 3–5 working days. Larger projects with CCTV and energy management integration are scoped individually with a detailed project timeline provided at quotation stage.
Do you offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)?
Yes. Our AMC plans cover scheduled preventive maintenance visits, software and firmware updates, battery replacements, and priority emergency response. AMCs are available for door lock systems, CCTV, and smart energy switch installations.
Can HCGCE integrate with our existing Property Management System (PMS)?
Yes. We have experience integrating with all major hotel PMS platforms. During the consultation phase, we assess your current PMS and recommend compatible hardware and software configuration options.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency callout?
For clients in Jeddah, we aim to respond on-site within 2–4 hours for critical faults. AMC clients receive priority scheduling. For Makkah, Madinah and Taif we coordinate the fastest possible deployment from our nearest team.
Do you provide a warranty on your installations?
Yes. All installations come with a workmanship warranty covering our labour and configuration. Hardware warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer. We handle all warranty claims on your behalf.
