All quotations issued by HCGCE are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed only when both parties have signed a formal agreement or purchase order confirming the scope of work, pricing, and payment terms.
Prices quoted are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated. VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
3. Services
HCGCE provides installation, supply, and maintenance of security and smart systems including, but not limited to, RFID door locks, CCTV systems, access control, and energy-saving devices. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and warranty terms will be detailed in each individual project agreement.
We reserve the right to decline any project enquiry at our sole discretion.
4. Warranty
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, HCGCE provides a 12-month warranty on installation workmanship from the date of project completion. Manufacturer warranties on supplied hardware are passed through to the client and governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.
Warranty claims are void if damage results from misuse, unauthorised modification, or third-party interference with installed systems.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HCGCE's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.
6. Intellectual Property
