HCGCE disposable soft vinyl RFID wristbands give hotels, resorts, and events a secure, single-use guest credential built on standard RFID technology. Made from soft, water-resistant PVC, each wristband uses a one-time tamper-evident snap closure — once secured on the wrist, it can't be reopened and reused, and it must be cut off to remove, so credentials can't be quietly passed between guests. A choice of HF (13.56MHz) or UHF (860–960MHz) chip lets the wristband match your existing access, payment, or ticketing reader infrastructure, built to recognized ISO14443A, ISO15693, or ISO18000-6C standards. The band can be printed with your logo, a QR code, or a serial number, and remains readable even after it's been cut off at checkout. In-house customization and chip selection support is available across Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif, and all of KSA.
Soft, Water-Resistant Vinyl
The flexible PVC material is comfortable against the skin for extended wear and resists water and sweat, making it suitable for pool days, outdoor events, and multi-day stays.
One-Time Tamper-Evident Closure
The snap closure locks once secured and can't be reopened without cutting the band off the wrist, which prevents credential sharing between guests and gives staff a clear, visible sign of an intact, unused wristband.
HF or UHF Chip — Your Choice
Select an HF chip (ISO14443A or ISO15693) for short-range door access and payment terminals, or a UHF chip (ISO18000-6C) for longer-range scanning at larger events — matched to your existing reader infrastructure.

Is this wristband really single-use?
Yes. The snap closure is designed to lock permanently once secured on the wrist. It cannot be reopened and reworn — it has to be cut off to remove, which is what makes it suitable for one guest, one stay or visit.
Can it get wet at the pool or in the shower?
The soft vinyl material is water- and sweat-resistant and is commonly used at pools, water parks, and outdoor events. If your property needs a specific, documented ingress-protection (IP) rating for procurement or tender purposes, please request current test certification from HCGCE, since exact ratings can vary by configuration and we don't want to state one we haven't independently confirmed.
Should we choose an HF or UHF chip?
HF chips (ISO14443A or ISO15693) are generally used for short-range applications such as door access and payment terminals. UHF chips (ISO18000-6C) support longer-range reads, which suit large-scale event scanning or crowd management. Your access or event software provider can confirm which standard your reader infrastructure requires.
Can we print our branding on the wristband?
Yes. The band can be printed with your logo, matched to a specific wristband color, and can include a QR code or a serial number for check-in or loyalty tracking.
Does the wristband still work after it's cut off?
The tag portion of the wristband generally remains readable even after the band has been cut, which can be useful if your property logs a checkout scan or needs to verify a returned credential.
Will this work with our existing access control readers?
